New Delhi:
Salman Khan's fans love surprises and the superstar is well aware. His Diwali gift on Twitter is no less than a blockbuster surprise - it's a the first poster of his new film Tiger Zinda Hai and is proof that the RAW agent called Tiger is alive and has elaborate plans up his sleeve. "No one hunts like a wounded Tiger," reads the poster, which features a visibly hurt Salman Khan prepped with necessary ammo for a gunfight. "Diwali Gift.... pasand aaya? Ab Christmas pe milna," Salman signed off in style. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Tiger Zinda Hai releases on Christmas and also has Katrina Kaif reprising her role as the Pakistani spy named Zoya.
Happy Diwali, you all.
Salman Khan's poster reaffirms what the director had been promising all this while - "heat, guns and blazing fire, I hope this December is going to be warm." The much awaited action movie is actually a sequel to 2012's Ek Tha Tiger, directed by Kabir Khan. With Mr Zafar holding the reigns for the new one, sxpect lots of gun battle, "10,000 rounds of fire" and thrill inducing action sequences in the movie, which has been promised to be rounded off with a "heavy duty climax."
Tiger Zinda Hai, a major chunk of which has been shot in Abu Dhabi, has documented its shooting schedule on social media with interesting glimpses from the sets. Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are back in India after wrapping the movie last month.
Both Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have worked with Ali Abbas Zafar before - he made last year's blockbuster Sultan with Salman in the lead and directed Katrina in 2011's Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.
Be ready to meet Tiger once again on December 22.
