Mumbai:
Sanjay Dutt will be playing the sutradhar the unseen narrator in Farah Khan's next Tees Maar Khan. He will introduce the various characters in the film.
The actor confirms, "Yes, I am the voice in Farah's film. We're close she's like a kid sister to me and I can never refuse her anything."
Says Farah, "Sanju is like a narrator in the beginning of the film. His narrative has been penned by Shirish (Kunder, Khan's husband) and will be played in our trailers too.
The punch line is extremely funny!"
Farah says the idea of using a voiceover to introduce the various characters was something she and her husband Shirish had discussed.
"We wanted a voice people recognise even in their sleep.
Who else but Sanju has such a powerful voice? I asked him when we were shooting for a reality show together and he instantly agreed. Like Anil (Kapoor), Sanju is doing it as a gesture for free."
