London:
She is best known for her role as the party animal Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, but actress Sarah Jessica Parker chose not to celebrate her recent birthday, unlike her on-screen character.
Sarah celebrated her 46th birthday enjoying rather more low-key activities than her character is famed for, reported the Daily Mail online.
The award winning actress spent her afternoon walking around the West Village with her one-year-old twin daughters Tabitha and Marion, and their nanny.
The actress famously endured fertility problems while trying to conceive for a second time with husband Matthew Broderick, and had to resort to surrogacy.
Parker is currently working on her latest film I Don't Know How She Does It, where she plays a financial executive struggling with the notion of having it all. Parker was hoping for a third cinematic outing for Sex And The City, she told the LA times "I'd definitely tell that [third] story, and I know Michael (Patrick King, creator) would do it right... maybe in five years, you know?"
