The 'Avengers' star, who was married to Ryan Reynolds for three years before separating earlier this year, was seen getting intimate with the 30-year-old actor, reported US Magazine.
"They were kissing. They were very lovely," an onlooker said.
Johansson, 26, who has was also romantically linked to Sean Penn recently said she was quite depressed about splitting from Reynolds and turned to her family for support.
"At first I was quite depressed. Luckily, I've got a few very close girlfriends who have been by my side for 15 years now, who I can talk to about everything and confide in. I'vegot a close relationship with my twin brother Hunter as well.
And then there's my grandmother Dorothy," she added.
