Los Angeles : The trailers of Star Wars: The Force Awakens have some scenes which don't appear in the movie, said director J J Abrams. "There's a shot where Kylo Ren turns on his lightsaber, which was also not in the movie. There were a bunch of things we ended up not using," he told Entertainment Weekly.

After fans noticed that the scene didn't appear in the film, they start to guess the reason behind the omission. Now, they don't have to speculate anymore as J J Abrams has revealed the reasons behind chopping off the scenes.
The film will release in India on December 25.
