Pop star and actress Selena Gomez is reportedly starring in filmmaker Dave Meyers's film Hot Mess.
Gomez, 19, who has received death threats from a man named Thomas Brodnicki and asked the 46-year-old man to stay 100 yards from her at all time, is in negotiation to star in a forthcoming comedy flick, Ace Showbiz reported.
The story of the upcoming movie project talks about four girls who are desperately trying to avoid becoming the hot messes they are destined to be. The screenplay of the film is written by Jenni Ross.
The Wizards of Waverly Place beauty was last starred in Monte Carlo, where she plays opposite Leighton Meester, Katie Cassidy and Cory Monteith.
