Teen star Selena Gomez stunned a group of sick young fans when she made a spontaneous visit to a children's hospital.
The 18-year-old star stopped by at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania to help 'American Idol' host Ryan Seacrest celebrate the opening of his new multi-media centre, called 'The Voice', reported Daily Star.
Thanking Gomez for her act, Seacrest wrote on Twitter as, "The smiles that @SelenaGomez brought to kids' faces at @RyanFoundation... unforgettable. (sic)"
The TV presenter also posted a photo of himself with Gomez on his blog.
