Juan Garcia, who was arrested outside the Come & Get Ithitmaker's house on January 25, was convicted after pleadingno contest to the charge in court and sentenced to 120 days inLos Angeles County Jail, reported TMZ online.
The 19-year-old obsessed fan, who previously told policethat he had travelled from his home in Arizona to see thesinger in person, was also placed on three years probation andordered to stay at least 150 yards away from the 21-year-oldstar and her home for three years upon his release fromprison.
