Shah Rukh Khan's super fast Chennai Express continues to shatter box office records, collecting Rs 200 crores in two weeks in what is Bollywood's speediest double century.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted: "#ChennaiExpress 2 weeks grand total stands at Rs 200.55 cr nett. ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER."
Mr Adarsh also tweeted a break-up of the film's earnings: "Collected Rs 43.85 cr nett in Week 2. Breakup: Fri 6.50 cr, Sat 8.51 cr, Sun 10.22 cr, Mon 3.80 cr, Tue 7.06 cr, Wed 4.51 cr, Thu 3.25 cr. Grand total: Rs 200.55 cr nett."
Last week, Chennai Express, directed by Rohit Shetty and co-starring Deepika Padukone, made the quickest Rs 100 crores ever.
