It stars Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. The music for the film is composed by Vishal and Shekhar. Shah Rukh and YRF combination has had many successes in the past.
Happy New Year will release simultaneously all over the world in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
