Actress Shahana Goswami has joined the cast of Madhur Bhandarkar's much-hyped film, Heroine. She gave her first shot on Sunday, tweeting: "Just gave my first shot with aishwarya rai bachchan for @mbhandarkar268 film! came nervous but am at ease now thanks to both of them! Fun!"
She also tweeted on her director and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: "Can't talk about my role but its very exciting and am very happy to be working with @mbhandarkar268 ! Ash is a sweetheart, always been."
The shooting of Heroine has picked up pace with an all-night schedule on Sunday. Bhandarkar tweeted: "Shooting whole night for my film HEROINE and enjoying every bit of it !!!"
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays the lead in the film, with Arjun Rampal and Arunoday Singh as the male leads.
The film will be ready for release next year.
