According to a source the actor recently agreed to endorse a deodorant brand for Rs 5 crore.
The source said: "Shahid will have ample time to shoot for his ad, since he has just one film in his kitty right now."
He is currently working on Rajkumar Santoshi's new film.
A spokesperson from the deo brand said: "We chose Shahid to endorse our product after studying a market survey. He has a very big fan base among young women."
