Shah Rukh Khan and Sharmila Tagorewill be special guests at the 17th Kolkata Film Festivalbeginning from November 10, sources said on Thursday.
Bengali film actor Koel Mullick will be the 'thali girl' at the inaugural programme where a musical programme will be performed by 21 orphan children, sources said.
The festival will continue till November 17.
