When the 17-year-old was asked by Time magazine to chose his pick from names that included US President.
Barack Obama and 'Wikileaks' founder Julian Assange, Biebersaid, "It has got to be Charlie Sheen. He's got a millionfollowers in one day on Twitter. And I've never seen thathappen before."
" Plus, he's got tiger blood, and he's alwayswinning," added the 'Baby' hitmaker.
Despite Bieber's vote, Sheen didn't make the final cutfor Time's list of the '100 Most Influential People in theWorld'.
This year's honorees will be recognized at the Time100 Gala on Tuesday, where Sting and Bruno Mars are slated toperform for guests including New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie,Mark Wahlberg and Amy Poehler.
