Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller has filed a lawsuit against the rehabilitation centre she stayed in last year.
The 34-year-old, who entered the Canyon in February, 2010 in a bid to deal with personal problems following trouble with Sheen, says the centre has leaked confidential medical information to the media, reported TMZ.com.
In legal papers, Mueller claims that just days after secretly checking into the facility, reports emerged suggesting she was being treated for substance abuse issues.
Mueller is suing for undisclosed damages, alleging her right to privacy has been violated by staff at The Canyon.
