Actress Shilpa Shetty who'smaking a comeback with her first English film The Desire-Journey of a Woman is all set to screen her film at theupcoming New York Film Festival.
The 36-year-old actress, who was last seen in Dostanadoing a chic item number, has been busy in shooting and hasgone bald for the flick which is an Indo-Chinesecollaboration.
"...landed in the country two days ago only to leaveagain today for New York for the film festival for my newmovie," Shetty posted on Twitter.
Directed by R Sarath, the film revolves around Shetty, adancer who later turns into a monk. She is paired opposite theChinese star Xia Yu.
"The Desire, Journey of a woman has been selected for NYfilm fest. Will be walking the red carpet on the 18th but filmshowing on the 22 and 24th," she tweeted.
