Cowell's partner Lauren Silverman, is expecting their first child in February. His tweet left people wondering if he will get engaged to Silverman, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Excited to reveal some news in the next few weeks. Am feeling very positive right now. It's been hard work but nothing should be too easy," Cowell tweeted.
"In life you can obsess on other people's failures or focus on your own mistakes and work hard to make sure you don't repeat them. But hard work and focus gives you a chance to turn a corner. And that's how I am feeling right now," he said.
