Six women personalities walkedthe ramp for accessory designer Malini Agarwal, on the lastday of Lakme Fashion Week here.
Bollywood actress Vidya Malvade, Madhoo Shah, MariaGorretti, TV anchor Mini Mathur and socialites Shaheen Abbasand Sharmila Khanna, walked the ramp for Malini.
Wearing black outfits, all the six women donned copperand gold color jewelry.
The collection titled 'KwaZulu' was inspired bycontemporary African tribes. It had bead and metal work,giving it a contemporary look of African jewelry.
"The collection is inspired by KwaZulu-Natal, a provincein South Africa. With six women on ramp, we wanted to showthat people of different size and shape can sport the jewelryand look fabulous," Malini told reporters here.
The collection had giant oval pendants, exotic bags withgeometric embroidery and beadwork, dangling baubles, multistrands of wooden beads, beaded neckpieces, clutches, footwearin wedges or club heels style.
