Sonakshi's Birthday Message For Father Shatrughan Sinha Is A Must Read

New Delhi: The ways in which Sonakshi Sinha wins hearts are many. She is as charming as her social media self as she is on screen. The 29-year-old actress shared a vintage filter picture of herself and father Shatrughan Sinha on the latter's birthday with a heartfelt message. Sonakshi wrote: "Happy birthday popsy! No gift I give you will ever match up to the gift of being my own person that you have given me. Love you! #birthdayboy #foreveryoung #likefatherlikedaughter #khamosh." Very well said, Sonakshi. The picture, in which Sonakshi stands tall and proud, with her actor and politician father seated next to her, itself is very regal. She shared it on Instagram:
 


Sonakshi's brother Luv Sinha also shared a picture with his father and wrote about the Shatrughan Sinha he knows. "A man who made it on his own and proved to the world that confidence, talent, and determination can turn all your dreams into reality," Luv wrote.
 


Last seen in Abhinay Deo's action thriller film Force 2, Sonakshi Sinha's carved a niche for herself since her Bollywood debut opposite Salman Khan in Dabangg in 2010. Sonakshi's starred opposite Akshay Kumar, Salman and other heroes in action films but she also has her own films in the genre to boast of. Sonakshi won critical acclaim after she starred in AR Murugadoss' Akira this year, which emphasized on the importance of self-defence.

Sonakshi Sinha pursued the genre in Force 2, in which she starred as a RAW agent working in collaboration with a police officer (played by John Abraham) to bring down India's enemies. During the promotions of Force 2, John vouched for Sonakshi's action credentials and told news agency IANS that the actress 'can do anything when it comes to action.'

Sonakshi Sinha is now filming Sunhil Sippy's Noor in which she stars as a young journalist. The film is based on Pakistani vovel Karachi, You're Killing Me! but is set in Mumbai. The film also stars Kanan Gill, Shibani Dandekar and Purab Kohli while Sunny Leone has a cameo.
