Actor Anil Kapoor feels someone should cast his daughter Sonam and his Dil Dhadakne Do co-star Ranveer Singh together as they can do "something special" as an onscreen couple.
"I would want that Ranveer and Sonam work together. I feel they can really do something special because they know each other since many years. I think someone should cast them together," said Anil Kapoor. (Also Read: Sonam Kapoor is a 'Director's Actor')
Ranveer's mother is also related to Mr Kapoor's wife Sunita, because of which the families know each other well.
Anil Kapoor is currently busy shooting for the second season of 24. Meanwhile, Ranveer has his hands full with Aditya Chopra's Befikre and Sonam is basking in the success of Neerja.
