New Delhi:

“Sorry, Shaktimaan,” BRB, we are busy laughing at Siddhant Chaturvedi's latest post. The Halloween special video is too hilarious to miss. This year, the actor went with an Indian superhero theme and zeroed in on the Shaktimaan costume. In the first half of the clip, he makes a great entry as the superhero's alter ego Pandit Gangadhar Vidyadhar Mayadhar Omkarnath Shastri. As soon as Siddhant does the popular Shaktimaan spins to transform into the superhero, something unexpected happens. The video pauses for a second and opens with Siddhant changing outfits – From Shaktimaan to Gangadhar again. Wondering Why? Because “Shaktimaan ki pant fatt gayi.” In the clip, the actor is heard saying while changing clothes, “Dekho mat, fatt gayi hai (don't peek please, pants are torn now).”

Siddhant Chaturvedi added, “Shaktimaan ki pant fatt gayi hai, iss wajah se, bich mein hume, Gangadhar waapis ban na padh raha hai (Shaktimaan's pants have ripped up and because of that, in the middle of all this, we are becoming Gangadhar again).” Hilarious, right? Oh, and don't miss the DD National logo with the tagline – “Satyam Shivam Sundaram” – at the beginning of the video.

Reacting to the post, Siddhant Chaturvedi's Bunty Aur Babli 2 co-star Sharvari commented, “Hahahahaha! Too good, Sid!”

Shaktimaan, created by Mukesh Khanna and directed by Dinkar Jani, is considered India's first superhero show. Mr Khanna played the superhero and his alter ego Pandit Gangadhar in the TV series.
