Gauri Khan shared pictures from the stunning interiors of Shah Rukh Khan's office at Red Chillies Entertainment, which has been decorated by her. On her Instagram profile, on Friday, Gauri Khan described the process of designing the office during the lockdown as a "great experience." She wrote in her post: "Designing Shah Rukh's office at Red Chillies was great experience throughout the lockdown. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Vox.india.interior for this project. Amidst the masculine and minimalistic theme with a color palette of black, white and grey, Kerradeco gave me a wide range of options providing a tactile touch sensation. The innovative infratop ceiling system of VOX soffit promises extraordinary quality as well as reliability."
Gauri Khan, sharing the inspiration behind her design, wrote that the idea was to create a "home away from home." She added, "A home away from home, creating a space that was comfortable yet that nurtured creativity. Designing the office with a huge outdoor space was an interesting challenge for me. The ease and comfort to attend virtual meetings as well as creatively brainstorming for future projects at his office at Red Chillies office was my topmost priority for him."

Last year, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri announced that they have collaborated with Airbnb to rent out their home in Panchsheel Park, New Delhi. "Our Delhi home is filled with memories of our early days, what we collected over the years and all the things we love as a family! It holds a very special place in my heart. Gauri Khan is an interior decorator and she owns the plush Gauri Khan Designs in Mumbai. She has given makeovers to several suburban Mumbai restaurants and celebrity homes over the years. She has decorated homes for several Bollywood A-listers such as Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar among others. She has designed restaurants like Arth and Sanchos. She also designed Alia Bhatt's vanity van. Other than that, she is a film producer and made her debut as an author with a book titled My Life In Design.
