Imagine Amitabh Bachchan explaining the rules of the quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati in “jhakaas” style. You can't, right? Neither can we. But we have someone, who did it for all of us. Any guesses? It's Rajkumar Rao. The actor added a punch of “rap and masti [fun]” to the rules and he was good to go. In the video shared on Instagram, Rajkumar Rao is striking some funky moves and says, “7 crore ka khel hain. Fraud kia toh jail hain. Aadar, Adaab, Abhinandan, Abhaar...Hot seat par Kriti [Sanon] aur Rajkumar [Rao]. Bus 16 question ka tension hain...But lifetime toh pension hain...Khel main hongay 2 paraav, break main hoga vada paav [The game is all about 7 crore...You will be put behind bars, if found guilty. The tension is just about the 16 questions. And, you will get to eat vada paav during break time.]”
Rajkumar Rao then talks about the lifelines. “Ask the expert, 50/50, flip the question, Audience poll, jo mangta hain Amit ji [Amitabh Bachchan] ko bol [Choose an option and tell Amitabh Bachchan]”.” Rajkumar didn't forget to mention the game-timer, “Dhuk Dhuki ji” And, it goes like this, “Life ho jayeegi ekdum sukhi agar chhod degi tumhay Miss Dhuk Dukhi. [Life will be peaceful once the game-timer will disappear].”
Won't keep you waiting any longer. Here is the rap version:
If you are thinking that it's over. Then, please wait. Rajkumar Rao has more in store for you. What is he up to now? Well, he did an Amitabh Bachchan in front of the legend himself. Wait, what? Rajkumar and Big B recreated the evergreen “Mere Pass Maa Hain” scene from the film Deewaar. The clip opens to Rajkumar Rao mouthing Amitabh Bachchan's line in the film, “Aaj mere paas building hai, property hai, bank balance hai, bangla hai, gaadi hai...kya hai tumhare pass?" And, here comes the twist. Amitabh Bachchan tweaked the iconic reply a bit and said, “Mere paas Kriti Sanon hain”.
