Mumbai:
Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise, who is in India to promote the fourth installment of his Mission Impossible franchise, Saturday afternoon visited the Taj Mahal here with co-star Anil Kapoor.
People who were already inside the Taj literally forgot about the monument and started trailing the stars and the mediapersons.
After the visit, Tom said: "Stunning. I love being here and I always wanted to see the Taj."
Anil Kapoor added: "Bahut achcha (very good)."
The Archaeological Survey of India had made special arrangements for the visit.
Taj caretaker Munnazar Ali told IANS: "We took the necessary precautions and provided whatever facilities were required. Tom spent about an hour and took keen interest in the mausoleum, spending several minutes admiring the main structure from the marble platform."
