Subhash Ghai will make his old films like including Hero, Karma, Ram Lakhan and Khalnayak again.
Mumbai:
Filmmaker Subhash Ghai has decided to re-visit his old hits, including Hero, Karma, Ram Lakhan and Khalnayak, and bring those stories on the big screen back again with fresh twists and turns.
"I have decided to re-visit some of my films to make them again. I will give them a new treatment. It won't be a remake for sure, it would be an adaptation," Ghai told IANS.
"My films Hero, Karma, Ram Lakhan and Khalnayak will be re-written and will be made in a fresh way," he added.
There were reports that John Abraham will step into Sanjay Dutt's shoes for the new version of Khalnayak, but Ghai said nothing has been finalised yet.
"We are still in the scripting stage. Once we finish scripting, we will think about the star cast. For us, the idea and the concept come first," he said.
