TV personality Mini Mathur shared a glimpse of her fitness journey in an interesting post on Instagram. Mini Mathur began by saying that she's very good with mirror selfies but tried her best to click on for her post. She also attached an honest confession to her post, saying she sucked her tummy in for the photo. "Can't do stylish body selfies (bodfies?) but stoked that my body is responding to healthy eating, double the exercise and my recent detox. My abdominal fat is moving down the scale after years, my hair fall has stopped and I have more energy," read an excerpt from Mini Mathur's post.

The 45-year-old model-host's takeaway from her fitness routine is this learning: "It's so much easier to stay unfit but I love a tough fight." Mini Mathur also added notes of gratitude for her trainer and yoga instructor and talked about how her love for Bollywood has been instrumental in her fitness journey: "Thanks to my fitness instructor forever Vilayat Husain, Iyengar yoga with Eric Angus. And random weird Bollywood Zumba classes I pick from YouTube."
