Singing sensation Susan Boyle hascancelled her appearance on hit reality show Dancing with theStars owing to poor health.
Boyle was scheduled to perform on the celebrity danceshow in the US but has been gripped with a "severethroat infection", forcing her to retreat, Contactmusicreported.
"Susan Boyle has had to cancel her performance onDancing with the Stars as her doctor advised her not to singdue to a severe throat infection. Susan is very upset atletting her fans down. Their continued support means so muchto her," her spokesperson said.
The I Dreamed A Dream hitmaker was supposed to sing herversion of Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah but did not fly fromher home in Scotland to Los Angeles on her doctor's advice.
The 49-year-old singer shot to instant internationalfame after auditioning for the TV show Britain's Got Talentlast year.
Though she did not win the talent hunt, she is now ain-demand artiste with her debut album selling more than 10million copies worldwide.
