New Delhi:

Swara Bhasker is "feeling pious". Reason? The actress just sat for the griha pravesh puja of her "new old house." Swara moved into the renovated home last month after 2.5 years. The puja, which is usually centred around Lord Ganesh, is performed for the prosperity and security of any new household. Swara's photos on Instagram show her dressed in a saree as she sits before the altar of deities. She solemnly undertakes the puja rituals with the help of a priest. We see a havan kund and many offerings in the form of fruits and flowers scattered in front of the altar. In the caption, Swara wrote, "The Gods have approved." She added the hashtag "griha pravesh".

In another set of photos, Swara Bhasker indulged in a fun mood. She is seen carrying a clay pot over her head. Her funny face just exudes happy vibes. In her caption, Swara wrote, "Feeling pious." She also added the hashtags "new old house" and "new beginnings". Swara's industry friends congratulated her on the new beginning. Singer Harshdeep Kaur wrote, "Congratulations, Swara." Actress Ruchikaa Kapoor Sheikh also extended her warmest wishes on the occasion.

Swara Bhasker announced her homecoming through a post last month. In the photo, we see Swara with her brother Ishan Bhaskar in their renovated house. "Moving back into my new ‘old' house after 2.5 years. 1st night in my own house after Feb 2019 feels gratifying and blessed," Swara's caption read.

The actress seems quite excited as we can guess from her social media posts. In an album, an overjoyed Swara Bhasker shows off her stunning bookshelf to her Instafam. From Roald Dahl to Orhan Pamuk to the Ramayana, she has got it all stacked up on those shelves. Swara's bookshelf is a bookworm's delight. Don't believe us? Have a look.
