New Delhi:

The makers of Taali have just dropped the web series' trailer alongside the caption "Taali - Bajayenge nahi, bajwayenge! (We won't clap rather make others clap for us)," that beautifully encapsulates the trailer of this Sushmita Sen-led high-powered drama. The trailer of Taali centers around the real-life character of transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant, who went against all odds to fight for the rights of the third gender. Sushmita Sen as Shreegauri Sawant is bold and fearless as she plays the catalyst in giving voice to the voiceless. The trailer begins with the shaming of a young boy Ganesh in a classroom as he reveals his desire to be a mother. How the scared young boy fights for a place in society and slowly transitions into Shreegauri, forms the crux of the trailer.
