Mumbai: Actress Tabu said that she wants to work with Govinda again. Tabu featured in the 1996 film Saajan Chale Sasural with Govinda.
"I want to work with Govinda once again. He is one of the most brilliant actors that we have. He makes it (acting) easy for others. That's why I want to work with him. I really hope David Dhawan casts me and we complete our hattrick because Saajan Chale Sasural and Biwi No 1 were successful films. I would love to do a comedy film with Govinda and David," Tabu told IANS.
Tabu also said that the kind of comedy films which Mr Dhawan used to make are far and few in Bollywood nowadays.
"I am very keen to do a film with David. In fact, the kind of comedy films, which he makes are funny. Unfortunately, not too many comedy films are being made these days," she added.
Tabu is currently busy promoting her new film Fitoor, co-starring Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur.
"I don't know how many of us enjoy the promotions phase. Some people might enjoy. When you talk so much during the day, it drains you. You are physically exhausted and you get tired. Earlier things were different. Once you finished shooting and dubbing, your work was done. I am trained for that only," said Tabu.
Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, Fitoor, which is an adaptation of Charles Dickens' novel Great Expectations, will release on February 12. (Also Read: Tabu Reveals Why She Gets Only the 'Best Roles' in Films)
