Tamannaah's latest song Kaavaalaa is breaking the Internet and how. The actress, who is known for her exquisite dancing skills, is earning praise from all quarters for her special song from the film Jailer, headlined by superstar Rajinikanth. The song and the hook step are already a rage on social media, and several fans have been sharing their versions of the peppy number. Tamannaah even picked a few fan versions and re-shared them on her Twitter timeline, along with a few words of praise. On Monday, Tamannaah shared a video of an elderly woman dancing to the track and gushed, “The best,” with heart-eye emojis.
A fan also shared a video of children, reportedly from Africa, dancing to the song. Sharing the clip, Tamannaah said, “Woohhhoooo.”
A specially abled woman dancing to the song while balancing her crutches also earned a round of applause from Tamannaah who wrote, “This is so inspiring,” with heart-eye emojis.
A bunch of young girls also pulled off the steps in perfect synchrony. Tamannaah was quick to share the video with the caption, “How cool.”
Meanwhile, an AI-generated clip replacing Tamannaah's face with that of actress Simran Bagga in one of the videos of the song also went viral. Resharing it Tamannaah Bhatia said, “This is just brilliant.”
Reacting to this, Simran said, “In awe of your amazing dance moves,” and Tamannaah Bhatia replied, “It's just too special when it comes from you.”
Singer Shilpa Rao, who lent her voice to Tamannaah Bhatia in the song, also celebrated 20 million views of the song by tweeting, “20 million and counting. @tamannaahspeaks you star. The OG #Kaavaalaa gal. Keep shining.” Replying to this, she said, “I should be saying this. How is this even possible without you and @anirudhofficial. You guys made this soooo good,” referring to music director Anirudh, who composed the song.
Meanwhile, Tamannaah Bhatia joined the team of Vedaa with John Abraham. The news was shared by the production team Emmay Entertainment on Twitter, with the caption, “Team #Vedaa is privileged to have the wonderful and effervescent @tamannaahspeaks join the cast for a special, pivotal role. The stakes just got bigger.” The film will be directed by Nikkhil Advani.
A statement also quoted Tamannaah Bhatia as saying, “I've always admired the way Nikkhil tells his stories. He has a knack and this ability of his is extremely endearing. John and I also get to work together for the first time ever. It definitely will be exciting to see what my character will bring in!"
Jailer will release in theatres on August 10.
