Twilight star Taylor Lautner says he tries to stay away from reading about himself online, but is rarely successful in doing so.
The 19-year-old said he dislikes seeing things writtenabout himself because they are usually false, reported Peoplemagazine.
"It's tough because sometimes you'll just be on the Weband things pop up or you get emailed something from a friend.It's definitely impossible to avoid stuff about me sometimes,but it's pretty important to try.
"It's very rare that things are true about yourself thatare on the Internet. It's just sad sometimes. So youdefinitely want to stay away from it as much as possible,"Lautner said.
The actor also said getting his buff body took just asmuch work as it looks like it did.
"I had people bringing me food and shoving it in my face,saying 'Eat, Taylor!' They sort of had to force me. Then I hadto get my butt in the gym and that's difficult because we werefilming 12 to 15-hour days," the actor said.
