MS Narayana died at the age of 63 in Hyderabad
Telugu comedian MS Narayana, who had over 750 films to his credit, died on Friday due to kidney-related ailments, family sources said. The last rites will be performed at his farmhouse on Saturday.
Mr Narayana, 63, was undergoing treatment at the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) in Hyderabad.
"The last rites will take place tomorrow (Saturday) at his farmhouse in Vikarabad," a family source told IANS.
On Thursday, doctors at KIMS performed dialysis on Mr Narayana, who was later put on ventilator support.
The veteran comedian started his career as a writer.
Some of his best films include Indra, Sontam, Dookudu and Shivamani.
He had written dialogues for films such as Alexander and had also directed Bhajantrilu and Koduku.
