Can Captain America lift Thor's hammer? Can Iron Man? Can Iron Man plus War Machine? A clip uploaded by Marvel Entertainment on YouTube shows the Avengers in plain clothes sitting around drinking and then engaging in a hilarious 'hammer lift competition.' Should Thor be worried? As every fan of the comics and movies knows, Thor's hammer cannot be wielded by anyone but him - not even by him on occasion.
The Avengers apparently never got that memo. Watch Hawkeye, Iron Man, War Machine, The Incredible Hulk and Captain America take it in turns to try and lift the giant hammer in the video below.
