Actor Randeep Hooda said that Salman Khan is his good friend and they have similar interests.
Salman and Randeep worked together for the first time in Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick. They will soon be seen in Sultan.
"I think Salman and I are different kind of friends. We have similar interests and a very similar sense of humour," Randeep told PTI.Randeep and Salman are good friends.
"Salman is a different breed altogether. He is a different case. We are good friends off screen as well since a long time. With this film (Sultan), we got more time to spend together," said Randeep.
"I like his company and I hope he likes mine as well. It's good fun. If this film (Sultan) had somebody else, I wouldn't have done it. But since he (Salman) was there, I was like let's do it again," added Randeep.
Randeep's role in Sultan is small. "It's a chapter in Sultan's life. It is not that big a role," said Randeep.
Randeep plays an MMA fighter in Sultan as well as his new film Do Lafzon Ki Kahani.
"Whatever I learnt in Do Lafzon Ki Kahani, I taught that to Salman in Sultan. I trained for Do Lafzon Ki Kahani. So, I know what the coach does. So it was simple," said Randeep.
Sultan, which also stars Anushka Sharma, will release on Eid.
