London:
The theme song of the superhit cartoon series The Flintstones is the most memorable tune among all children's shows.
The TV show which recently turned 50, came out on top in a survey of 2,000 adults in the UK and was identified as the most recognisable tune, reported Contactmusic.
The memorable characters living as cave-dwellers in the stone-age, pipped another much-loved show Top Cat into second place.
Other cartoons like Postman Pat, Scooby Doo, and The Wombles gained third position, fourth and fifth positions respectively.
The Flintstones theme was written by Hoyt Curtin, Joseph Barbera and William Hanna. The show will celebrate its 50th anniversary this year.
