Twinkle Khanna, who enrolled herself in the University of London to pursue a Master's degree in writing last year, loves to curate moments from her "student life" on social media. On Wednesday she posted a video of a scene from her writing desk - she can be seen napping. The second shot is that of her chilling on a holiday. She added a dose of her signature humour and she wrote, "Morning time, wearing my student hat, diligently working on the final dissertation for my Masters, while my children catch me yawning and making funny faces. But come noon, it's time to switch gears and put on my holiday hat! All play and no work makes this Jill a dull and grumpy girl. What's your favorite way to balance work and play? Do you hate working on holidays or thrive on it?"
Take a look at Twinkle Khanna's post:
Twinkle Khanna loves to document moments from her student life. In an Instagram post last month, she shared what her university life is like. "What's it like going back to Uni on the cusp of my fiftieth year on this planet? Well, it's now been nine months of attending classes and questioning my sanity as I sprint along the last stretch of finishing my Masters. Who knew I would be willing to put myself through submissions, grades, and a thousand mugs of coffee as I try to focus through lectures? Sometimes I think I should have applied for a Masters in strange life choices instead of one in writing," read an excerpt from her post.
In a previous Instagram entry, Twinkle Khanna wrote about university life. "And I turn into a giddy teenager when my husband come to pick me up from uni," Twinkle Khanna wrote about husband Akshay Kumar. She added in her note, "What's it like to be an older student going back to university to do my Masters? I feel like my mind has been thrown into a washing machine every day and it's a delight to walk around with squeaky clean ideas. There are evenings when I am working on my assignments and the kids are working on theirs-on our dining table with papers strewn across and shared pencils."
Twinkle Khanna is a woman of many hats. She is a celebrated columnist and the author of Pyjamas Are Forgiving, The Legend Of Lakshmi Prasad and Mrs Funnybones - all of which were best-sellers.
