Lisa Kudrow played the role of Phoebe Buffay in F.R.I.E.N.D.S

F.R.I.E.N.D.S star Lisa Kudrow hasrevealed that she underwent a nose job while she was just 16.
The 50-year-old actress said she decided to getrhinoplasty on her nose after her friends turned their back onher because she did not look good, reported Ace Showbiz.
"That was life altering. I went from, in my mind, hideous,to not hideous. I did it the summer before going to a new highschool. So there were plenty of people who wouldn't know howhideous I looked before. That was a good, good, good change,"Kudrow said.
"All of junior high felt upside down to me. It was not,like, the nice people who were popular, it wasn't the mostentertaining people -- it was the meanest people who werepopular," she added.
Kudrow, who is best known for playing the lovablecharacter of Phoebe Buffay in F.R.I.E.N.D.S, said her dishearteningteenage experiences helped her portray her role.
"She was basically a ditzy girl who lived in a happierreality than everybody else, because everything was so gloomyaround her. That's what I decided," Kudrow said.
"And she was fearless and unapologetic. Now on Twitter orFacebook I see young girls saying, 'I identify with Phoebebecause I'm different too.' That's nice, to think that peoplewho don't feel they fit in perfectly well can relate to thatcharacter," she said.
