New Delhi:

Masaba Gupta is a force to be reckoned with. Designing, acting, modelling -- there is nothing the 32-year-old cannot do. In these trying times, the designer was also among the first celebrities to amplify requirements for COVID-19 resources on her social media accounts. With coronavirus cases rising unabated across the country, Masaba, like the rest of us, is actively working towards remaining positive and calm. On Wednesday, the Masaba Masaba star told her fans about the one thing that has kept her going in these unusual times. She wrote on Instagram, "Every morning, I put on my big girl shirt & hope to take some 'big girl decisions'. I'd like to think the discipline of repeating this act - no matter how I'm feeling - has somehow saved my life over & over again. What has saved your life in unusual times?"

The note was attached to a photo of Masaba in a white shirt with a blue hairband. With some simple and fuss-free makeup, she is seen looking into the camera with a slight smile.

Responding to the photo and caption, interior designer Vinita Chaitanya said, "Me too. Always dress for work every morning in the week ....definitely discipline."

Several others too resonated with Masaba's mantra. One user, Sapnah Sapra wrote, " I keep it very simple if heart and mind both are not appeased/aligned at the same time...That means it's not the right time to take a call. SOMETIMES, delaying and keeping little more patience works out in itself." While another user said, "Discipline! Just makes one feel centred and grounded immediately," many others seemed to pick medication, cooking and reading as ways to escape from the ensuing chaos.

Interestingly, many of Masaba's followers also wanted to know when they would be able to see the second season of her Netflix show Masaba Masaba. "When is Masaba Masaba 2 coming? Want to make my isolation period worthwhile," wrote a fan.

The designer was seen with her mother, actress Neena Gupta in the web series that is loosely based on Masaba's life. The drama series written and directed by Sonam Nair also starred Satyadeep Mishra, Neil Bhoopalam and Rytasha Rathore in important roles.
