Usher ordered to reopen ex wife's account in his name
Los Angeles: Usher has been ordered to reopen his ex-wife's Saks Fifth Avenue department store credit card in his name.

The singer closed the account last year as the former couple battled it out over who gets custody of their two children, Usher V, four, and Naviyd, three.

The closed Saks card was just one of Tameka Raymond's many grievances in her ongoing custody fight against Usher, and now, the court has taken her side.

According to website TMZ.com the judge on the case is holding the performer in contempt for stopping her expensive charge account.

Tameka Raymond claims she needs the payment system to do her job as a stylist.

The mother of his children also said Usher owed her cash for the nanny bill and continually failed to keep her informed about where and when he travelled with the kids they have together.

The court agreed with her account of the story and awarded Tameka Raymond $1,300 for the child minding services.

Meanwhile, the judge has yet to determine the ex-couple's custody and support issues.

Usher's attorney recently labelled his ex-wife "incapable of being a proper parent" to their children.

Usher - who is seeking sole custody - had accused Tameka Raymond of trying to interfere with the time he was allowed with their kids under their joint custody arrangement - a charge she denied.
