R&B star Usher's girlfriend Grace Miguel, has fired his team, including his longtime agent.
The 43-year-old has already replaced the 'OMG' hitmaker's mother as his manager and is also the singer's stylist now, reported New York Post online.
The 30-year-old singer began dating the former Def Jam executive mere months after he split from his ex-wife Tameka Foster.
"She has convinced him to fire his entire staff including tour managers, stylists and choreographers, with plans to replace them with a whole new team. Usher will do whatever she wants him to do right now," said a source close to Usher.
Usher and Miguel have been a hot item as far back as 2009.
After filing for divorce from his 40-year-old ex-wife Foster, he went public with his relationship with Miguel, who signed on as his co-manager after he gave his mother the boot from the position.
