Veteran Kannada film actor K M Rathnakar passed away at a private hospital here today. He was80.
He had been ailing for sometime and was suffering fromkidney malfunction, family sources said.
Rathnakar had acted in over 350 Kannada films, mostlyas a comedian. Some of his memorable films are Kanakadasa,Guru Shishyaru and Annaiah.
His first film was Vichitra Prapancha and his swansong was Aptarakshaka which also starred late Vishnuvardhan.
He is survived by three sons. His wife predeceasedhim.
