Katrina Kaif's "loving wake up call" for husband Vicky Kaushal had a Phone Bhoot connection. On Wednesday morning, Katrina Kaif shared a video, in which a sleepy Vicky Kaushal is seen waking up to a voiceover from Katrina Kaif, where she says, "Mai ek bhoot hun( I am a ghost)." Vicky Kaushal looks at the camera for a second and goes back to sleep. Katrina Kaif captioned the reel: "Biwi ka loving wake up call." Katrina Kaif plays a ghost in Phone Bhoot, which also stars Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Katrina Kaif married Vicky Kaushal in December last year, after dating for 2 years. They hosted big, fat wedding festivities in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. They hosted a private wedding in the presence of family members and very few friends from the film industry.
Speaking at the film's trailer launch, Katrina Kaif said this," I think right now people want to come (to cinemas) and have a good time, watch something funny, and enjoy themselves. That's all we are hoping this film will do. I don't watch horror films at all so I don't know how I ended up being in the film," news agency PTI quoted Katrina Kaif as saying.
Phone Bhoot is Katrina Kaif's first collaboration with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. The film has been directed by Gurmmeet Singh and produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment.
