Victoria Beckham prepares for hard workout

  • After giving birth to a girl, Harper Seven, last week, the 37-year-old has hired Hollywood's favourite Tracy Anderson as her trainer, who also has Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow and Cheryl Cole as her clients, reported New York Post.
  • "It comes down to whether or not you are a hard worker and someone who puts in 100 per cent. I prefer to train with the dedicated and these women aren't afraid to work. Sweating in a hot room really does increase performance. I like a room to be 80 Fahrenheit," Anderson said.
  • Beckham's training regime includes 30 stomach crunches, 30 one-armed side-lying kicks and 30 minutes cycling or running for two hours a day and six days a week.
  • She will reportedly pay 2,000 pounds for ten hours of one-to-one sessions with Anderson.
  • The trainer who has gyms in New York and LA promises her clients that new mothers can lose the baby blubber in four to six weeks.
