The Dirty Picture actress, who will be playing the role of a desi Punjbai wife in her next flick Ghanchakkar opposite Emraan Hashmi, has apparently swapped her elegant saris for harem salwars, T-shirts and some very ordinary rubber flip flops.
Raj Kumar Gupta's Ghanchakkar narrates the tale of a quirky conman saddled with an ambitious Punjabi wife eager for a bright new life and who better than our vibrant Silk Smitha to infuse some colour into a role, which would probably be shunned by most "heroines" because of its lack of glamour!
