The track, composed by SAM CS, has been sung by Sivam and the lyrics are by Manoj Muntashir. Throughout the song, Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan challenge each other every step of the way. Hrithik Roshan is a goon that misses no opportunity to challenge Saif, while Saif is on a constant mission to prove himself right. The song's high-octane beats and some dialogues by Hrithik about what is good and what is bad, add an edge to the song.

Vikram Vedha is a Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil neo-noir action thriller of the same name, which starred Madhavan and Vijay Setupathi in the lead roles. The Hindi remake also stars Radhika Apte and Sobhita Dhulipala.
The film has been written and directed by Pushkar-Gayathri, who also helmed the original. The film is slated to release in theatres on September 30 and it will clash with Mani Ratnam's magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan.
