Vikram Vedha trailer has been so worth the wait. It's not everyday that we get to witness Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan in a high-octane face-off and that pretty much sums up the very essence of Vikram Vedha, a Hindi remake of the 2017 Tamil neo-noir action thriller of the same name, which starred Madhavan and Vijay Setupathi in the lead roles. Coming back to the trailer, it begins with a voiceover, more like a disclaimer that this story will be anything but black and white. There is not good or bad, both have shades of grey. Enter Hrithik Roshan, with a never seen before kinda rugged look and an accent on point, digging into a few one-liners before doing this job - beating up the other bad guys. But again, no one is really bad here.
Hrithik finds a challenger in a tough cop, played by Saif Ali Khan, who defines his goodness by the job he does - encounters, that is. Saif Ali Khan's notion of good vs evil is put to question when his paths cross with Hrithik. Radhika Apte too questions Saif's means and that blurs the lines between what is good and what is not. The final puzzle will be solved when the film releases, until then, you can check out the trailer and tap your foot the super intense background score.
