Waheeda Rehman, 83, Goes Snorkeling - See Her Daughter's Post

Can you imagine yourself to be as cool as veteran actress Waheeda Rehman when you cross 80? While you keep thinking about it, the 83-year-old actress recently went snorkeling with her daughter Kashvi Rekhi in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. We have found a glimpse of their adventurous trip, thanks to Kashvi, who posted their picture on Instagram. The mother-daughter duo can be seen holding each other's hands in the underwater snap. The picture was clicked at Havelock Island. While Waheeda is posing in left, Kashvi is on right side. Waheeda's daughter wrote, "Snorkeling with mom #waterbabies."

We wonder if Waheeda Rehman took inspiration from Zoya Akhtar's 2011 film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (ZNMD). For those of you who haven't watched ZNMD yet, Abhay Deol as Kabir, Hrithik Roshan as Arjun and Farhan Akhtar as Imraan go on an adventure trip to overcome their fears.

Coming back to Waheeda Rehman, the actress went to Varanasi with her daughter Kashvi in February last year. They had visited the place to celebrate Waheeda's 82nd birthday. Kashvi posted pictures from their vacation on Instagram. In one photo, the Guide actress can be seen clicking pictures from a professional camera. Waheeda Rehman married actor Shashi Rekhi (also known as Kamaljeet) in 1974. They also shared screen space in the 1964 film Shagoon. Writers Sohail Rekhi and Kashvi Rekhi are their children. Shashi Rekhi died in 2000.

Waheeda Rehman has worked in films such as CID,Pyaasa, Kaagaz Ke Phool, Chaudhvin Ka Chand, Sahib Bibi Aur GhulamBees Saal Baad, Guide and Rang De Basanti including many others.
