New Delhi:
Actress Sunny Leone is going to be walking the ramp at New York Fashion Week later today and she's been posting pictures of herself in the Big Apple.
She told news agency IANS that she's 'nervous' about her fashion week debut - but clearly not too nervous to have a good time while she's there:
Sunny, 35, will be the star of designer Archana Kochhar's show, the first Bollywood actress to be at New York Fashion Week. "It feels amazing and when I found out that I am the first, it felt even better. I am very nervous about walking and just want it to go perfect," Sunny, who is Canadian of Indian origin, told IANS.
About her outfit, she said: "I am wearing a creation from Archana Kochhar from Mumbai. She is one of the select few that NYFW has accepted to showcase. She is one of my favourite designers in India and I am very proud to be wearing her clothes."
Getting to be on the New York catwalk is huge, said Sunny. "I am representing a very talented designer who had worked very hard to get to NYFW. It is a great honour that she even asked me to come. What I believe I represent is just that anything can happen and anything is possible in life, just believe and work hard," she stressed.
Two days ago, Sunny posted a picture of behind-the-scene preps for a meet and greet with fans in New York:
Last weekend, Sunny tweeted:
Sunny Leone was last seen in the film One Night Stand. She has a series of film appearances lined up, including a song and dance number in Shah Rukh Khan's Raees, releasing next January.
