So what do you get when you add Jimmy Kimmel, being borderline sleazy, to a room full of actors - Jennifer Aniston, Courtney 'Cougar Town' Cox and Lisa 'Smelly Cat' Kudrow? A kinda-sorta funny skit replicating the charm of the hit American sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
A video from one of Jimmy Kimmel Live's latest episodes has feisty Jennifer, who played Rachel on the hit TV show which ended a decade back, reading from a script penned by Jimmy where the TV show host is seen reading for Ross' part. Except that he relentlessly tries to convince Rachel to "make love" to him multiple times over because he is "really good at it" while taking digs at the inane things that the sitcom glorified when it was at its peak.
And as if that wasn't enough, enters Lisa, who firstly takes offence to the fact that she wasn't included in the discussion about Jimmy's sexual prowess and secondly, refuses to read lines from the script that sound like Joey.
After much protest poor Jimmy comes up with the conclusion that he does not need any F.R.I.E.N.D.S. He'd rather star in a show titled 'Friend' where he'd be a darling to himself.
Watch the video for proof.
